How can you start making changes?I combine coaching with NLP (neuro linguistic programming) techniques and Think Like A Tree exercises to offer a nature led approach to creating a life that FEELS GOOD.I coach people who feel lost in their own lives and are ready to take action and responsibility for their future.

When life gets hard I get outside. Getting out and walking has sometimes been the only action to bring me back to myself on those difficult days.I want to share not just being IN nature but being A PART of the natural world. Many of us live disconnected from the world around us and so in a way, disconnected from ourselves.I believe we could all benefit from learning from nature and after leaving the NHS I wanted to support people in a new way.I offer empowering and impactful coaching and NLP combined with nature led self development exercises to encourage a grounded approach to making change.My background:
I studied Environmental Design and Conservation and after a wiggly career in healthcare have been able to combine my skills and passions to support others. I'm optimistic, supportive and will celebrate your progress along the way.I want you to experience
